Platform Acceptance

By accessing ChemComply, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, listing a resource, publishing a gig, or placing an order, you agree to these platform terms and related policies.

Account and Role Rules

  • Clients may use public marketplace and dashboard features according to their account access.
  • Vendors and service providers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, package details, turnaround times, and uploaded documents.
  • Usernames, chat behavior, and public interactions must follow current platform conduct rules.

Marketplace and Order Terms

ChemComply may facilitate enquiries, bidding, negotiated pricing, custom cart checkout, manual payment review, wallet integrations, and vendor routing. The platform can record workflow events, timestamps, and communication history for dispute handling and operational auditing.

Restricted Conduct

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity
  • No attempt to bypass role restrictions, pricing workflows, or verification controls
  • No direct-contact disclosure where current plan or social/chat policy blocks it
  • No upload of content that infringes intellectual-property or compliance requirements

Suspension and Enforcement

ChemComply may warn, moderate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, listings, chats, or social actions where abuse, fraud, or policy breach is detected. Admin records and audit logs may be used when reviewing these decisions.

Limitation

ChemComply provides the platform and workflow layer. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for due diligence, technical validation, regulatory review, shipment suitability, and final commercial decisions unless a written service commitment states otherwise.

If you need clarification about this policy or require a written operational explanation for an order, account, or verification case, contact the platform support channel and reference the relevant order, enquiry, or account record.
